Shipping policy
All orders are shipped using Canada Post (the national postal service in Canada). Ready-to-ship items ship within three (3) days. Custom orders will ship as soon as they are complete.
I am not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel has not arrived in the anticipated timeframe - please contact your post office. I do not offer refunds or store credit in the event of lost or undelivered packages. Please upgrade any free shipping options to trackable options if you are concerned about tracking your package.
