Shipping Information

All about shipping...

All orders are shipped using Canada Post (the national postal service in Canada). Ready-to-ship items ship within three (3) days. Custom orders will ship as soon as they are complete.

FREE shipping for small items (such as zipper pouches) does not include tracking. This is to ensure shipping costs remain low for these items. You can upgrade you shipping at check-out to include tracking options and additional insurance.

Canadian orders over $99 and US orders over $150 are eligible for free standard shipping.

Delivery issues

I am not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel has not arrived in the anticipated timeframe - please contact your post office. I do not offer refunds or store credit in the event of lost or undelivered packages. Please upgrade any free shipping options to trackable options if you are concerned about tracking your package.
