Refund policy
If you are not happy with your order, please contact me within five days of receipt so we can review opportunities to make it right. Please do not ship items back to me before we have chatted and the return has been approved by me.
No refunds will be issued until I have received your item in its original condition. Please note - custom items are NOT returnable or refundable.
Shipping fees will not be refunded and all return or exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
